Submitting Assignments
Assignments are evaluated through our New Hampshire main site. Don Barber is in charge
of evaluating assignments and materials at
all program sites.

Written Assignments

Written assignments such as papers and final examinations should be submitted as email attachments to assignments.seacoast@gmail.com. We recommend setting your mail program to provide a delivery notification for your records.

Submitting by Mail

If you prefer to submit by mail, you may do so to Seacoast Center at either the Stratham or Greenland address. Prior to mailing, please advise Don Barber at
assignments.seacoast@gmail.com.

Assignments will be checked as time permits; we cannot offer an estimated turn-around time as this will depend on the time of year the assignment is received. Note we cannot take responsibility for your assignments when mailed or submitted electronically and strongly recommend you maintain a return receipt.
Please send assignments accompanied by a self-addressed mailing package with prepaid postage.

Assignments received without postage will be mailed via the least expensive carrier and will include an invoice for $30.00 for shipping/handling. This fee must be paid before certification may be processed.

Materials Assignments

Materials assignments will be evaluated on-site during programs at specified times and dates. These will be made known to students at each site during each program cycle.

For materials completed after your training cycle concludes, assignments will be evaluated if sufficient visual documentation is supplied. These may include clear close-up digital images of the work submitted via email to the address above. We reserve the right to alter requirements as necessary. A statement from your school head verifying the presence of the materials in your classroom should be submitted as part of the material documentation.

Assignment Verification By Field Consultants During Practicum Visits

Practicum visits do not generally provide sufficient time for assignment or material checking. However, your visitor may verify presence of the material in the classroom without evaluating it. You then follow the simple method described above to initiate evaluation. Assignments must be completed within two years of the completion of the program's conclusion.

Assignment Verification After Conclusion of the the Program Cycle and Practicum
As a courtesy, we will evaluate materials submitted in pursuit of course requirements for a period of two years following the conclusion of your program. A statement from your school head verifying the presence of the materials in your classroom should be submitted as part of the material documentation.
